Time really flies and I havent been blogging for 4 mths?
Reason for my absence: My laptop has been down, the power adaptor aint working with portion of the electric wires sticking out.. though it is just replacing a adaptor, it took me 4 mths and a $50 note to buy a OEM adaptor.( e HP adaptor costs SGD 160, madness) M still happy to see my compaq laptop working! now its abit sick with some major virus and its a little old..;P
Some updates: i am finally 23! Lulu and Hds bought me a pretty kate spade bag( i really love this k!) my family bought me parkway vouchers, theres also some small presents and thats about it.. A colleague bought me coffee. i thought that was really sweet. I was struggling at work because of my obvious work load. His coffee really brighten up my bday.
I spent my bdae on a sad monday, worked till 8, followed by a family dinner and worked again till 3am. It wasnt a extremely happy birthday but I am still glad that lulu org a ktv surprise bdae with my hds on Sunday. Believe me, they're my closest pals.
** I also have abit of monday blues for work. I think i've recently overworked myself trying to prove that I can be a 'career woman' putting my brains to work. But now, i got so exhausted that I fell sick on wed and still having to work from home when I am drowsy and stress. I cant sleep well because i kept thinkin abt work. WTH. Or am I just not efficient? After i finally cleared my work on friday, I wonder why i am doing this to myself. I should love myself more than anything and I promise to play hard every weekends!
On a side note. My dear Ter is back! I bump into him on e sickest wed! He saw my shag face and send me home! Aint he sweet? I am going to meet him next fri! hurray! its me lizy and him agaiN! just that now he is attached, we gotta restrain ourself but its definetely a good clubbing session coming on! I love lizy and ter too! **
