I am switching job agaiN!
SCB cant offer me a perm headcount in Feb coz the team m in are all senior managers and above.. i've expected tht becoz its afterall finance integration.. At e same time, I was offered a position in a local bank as a personal banker..i believe everything happened for a reason. Somehow it seemed that I am more fated to do a sales job than anything else.
Called Audrey, Johny, reen and almost all my friends in this line. I dun think sales is as glamourous but i think it gives me good exposure for at least a yr or 2.
Much to how much I would choose not to switch job again, I eventually did and signed a contract.
Just today, March - my SCB boss offered me a position in SCB and the pay is good. M in dilemna again, if i decides to forego my contract, I need to pay 4k as penalty. It aint alot but it is still money. I think and think and decided to go for a swim. I think i am not born with good luck in career and I decided to give a local bank a go.
