Aloha!
The past weekend was a busy week for me.
I went for this sales academy by Propnex and i thought it was really useful.
I broke a wooden board and i learnt so much. it was def worth $499 for this 3 days course.
I am very motivated and i also learnt not to be skeptical.
we did a personality test and i am in Group 1 - known as perfectionist.
the drawback was we judge, procrastinate and follow rules.
I do agree sometimes i passed negative comments to my friends, asking them to improve and tells em what right or wrong. but who am i to judge? they maybe a happier person than me for all i know.
when m stress, i become a grp 4.
Group 4 are ROMANTICS, they get emotional and passionate. so i realize when my posts are sentimental, it means m facing stress. m usually heartless n strict.
when m experiencing growth, i become a group 7.
Group 7 are like all rounder, they learn everything but master of none.
m like this when i pick up golf, want to go for dance class, roller blading, scuba diving, travelling alone.
its a simple personality test but it taught me that m:
1. Not a romantic unless m stress, m usually non-chalent.
2. I judge and is a perfectionist
3. M happy whenever i learn new things
i also network with quite a couple of agents. Melvin was one of em, he is a division director, very calm and composed. i think i have so much to learn fr him.
i am very motivated to pursue my career and i inspire to be top 150 producer in PN of the 4300 agents they have.
i penned it here so that i will be embarrassed if i cant meet my target.laugh at me when m not there.
Career is my no 1. priority now.
