I closed my 2nd deal for this month.. 1 more to go after chinese new yr.. but i have declared a break for myself.
I went for our team focus group yesterday, the top producers do look charming in everyway. i hope i can learn from them but i am far away. i dont know how long it will take for me to reach there and also, i have not been very very hard working.
i went back to office and met Darren ( e guy who tops 50k every mth) and he told me, if agents are not motivated to work and earn less than 10k per mth, they shld just be employed.
I absolutely agree with what he said. my target is 15k per mth to get nett of 11k, but is this really sufficient? i cant live with just doing 1 project. i need to move on, get busy to get more money. but i am so so tempted by my family, friends and wii.
i will spend the rest of my day packing up and work on my goal settings.
